OUR PROCESS:

Clients are provided with a close-estimated cost based on the Information provided by the Clients upon request. Prices vary based on resources, design, fabric selections and details. Please be advised that applicable taxes have not been included in your close-estimated cost. All requested/pertinent information should be sent via email.

PAYMENTS:  FULL PAYMENT IS PREFERRED

If the Client chooses to pay a deposit, please be advised that construction on your order will NOT begin until a 50% deposit payment is made in full. Clients are invoiced via PAYPAL. If payment is not made within 24 hours of the invoice being issued/sent, your invoice and order will automatically be canceled.

RUSH FEE: $80; CONSULTATION FEE: $50, which then goes to the cost of the final product.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

We prefer to meet with you and take our measurements directly to avoid ill-fitting garments due to inaccurate measurements.

WOMEN: Bust, Waist, Hip, Biceps, Sleeve Length, Skirt Length (navel to mid-calf/ navel to desired floor length)

MEN: Neck, Chest, Shoulders ( Blade to Blade), Biceps, Sleeve Length, Waist, Hip, Out-seam, Thigh Circumference, and Calf Circumference

Disclaimer: Clients who fail to provide the measurements requested will be liable for misfit should it occur.  Additional cost for alterations etc. will be applied.  SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

TURNAROUND TIME: 

IT VARIES, between 6 to 12 weeks usually. (possibly sooner; could be longer, weekend days are NOT included). Delays “may” occur when fabrication is not readily available. Should there be a delay, the Client will be notified!

Please be specific, LT Dickens Designs LLC. reserve the right to offer its professional opinion/advice regarding said design.  Every project is designed to give the Clients a unique experience. Though Clients are encouraged to provide a picture to aid in identifying details to be included in the project. LT Dickens Designs LLC does NOT DUPLICATE THE WORK OF OTHER DESIGNERS and or engaged in any third-party design. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof). We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of the Service. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. The exchange of funds is an indication that you agree with said terms and conditions, policies, and processes. LT Dickens Designs LLC. reserves the right to market and advertise our designs at will. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS AND OR EXCHANGES.

SHIPPING

Once your item/project has been completed and shipped you will be notified with a tracking number. LT Dickens Designs, LLC is not responsible for inclement weather delays or shipping vendor operation interruptions. If you’d like additional insurance please let us know, we do NOT reimburse third (3rd) party shipping costs. Once your project has been completed and your tracking number has been provided, PLEASE CONTACT THE PREFERRED SHIPPING VENDOR FOR YOUR TRANSIT UPDATE.

ALL REQUESTED INFORMATION MUST BE SENT VIA EMAIL.

 Services provided are Non-REFUNDABLE.  The exchange of monies indicates that the Clients agree to the above-stated process terms and conditions, and or policies and process.
